Job Responsibilities

1. Product Knowledge & Competitor Analysis

• Fully understand the specifications, parameters, advantages, and selling points of company products including dialyzers, bloodlines, fistula needles and dialysis machines.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of competitor products and provide clear comparative technical analysis.
• Deliver professional product presentations to clinicians and technical staff.

2. Clinical Training & Technical Support

• Be proficient in dialysis machine operation, workflow, alarm logic, and common troubleshooting.
• Conduct independent training for dialysis center nurses and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Provide on-site or remote support to resolve basic technical issues.

3. Marketing & Academic Support

• Deliver product and technical presentations during exhibitions, academic meetings, workshops and tender presentations.
• Support sales in clinical promotion activities to expand product influence.
• Participate in collecting clinical feedback for new product evaluations when applicable.

4. Post-Sales Issue Collection & Improvement

• Collect and report product performance issues from customers.
• Coordinate with HQ after-sales team to follow up corrective actions.
• Provide communication and reassurance to customers, maintaining high satisfaction.

5. Customer Relationship Management & Market Insights

• Conduct regular visits to dialysis centers to understand clinical needs and workflow pain points.
• Provide market and clinical insights to sales and product teams for product optimization.
• Support key accounts through ongoing clinical and technical guidance.

6. Internal Collaboration & Training

• Assist the sales team in preparing technical documents for tenders.
• Prepare and update training materials, manuals, FAQs, and clinical usage reports.
• Submit regular reports including training logs and clinical feedback.
• Provide regular clinical knowledge training to the sales team and engineering team, including product principles, competitive analysis, and dialysis workflow topics to improve team professionalism.

7. Other Duties

• Complete other clinical, technical, or market-related tasks assigned by the company.
• Provide rapid response and cross-regional support when needed.

Job Requirement

1. Have rich experience (At least 2-3 years) in dialysis field
2. Bachelor of technology or engineering
3. Proficiency in English; excellent communication, hard working, independent and self-motivated.

2. Ensure proper document version control, including issuance, revision, distribution, and archiving.

3. Monitor and update document registers to ensure all records are accurate and up to date.

6. Control access to documents and ensure only the latest approved versions are in use.

Job Requirement

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the manufacturing, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry

6. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with Mandarin-speaking colleagues

Job Responsibilities

1. To perform monthly bank transactions, petty cash management, payment approval verification and supporting document checking.
2. To check and verify payment and collection entries recorded in the system before posting to GL vouchers.
3. To carry out monthly fixed asset accounting and record keeping.
4. To perform the Purchase GL invoices and preparation for e-Invoicing;
5. To monitor sales invoices issued by the Sales Department and prepare corresponding e-invoices.
6. To maintain and reconcile account balances to match billing statements and GL figures.
7. To assist in preparing Sales & Service Tax reports for submission.
8. To assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management accounting reports.
9. Assists with any other task or work requirements when required.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar accounting/bookkeeping role, ideally within a small practice or professional services environment
2. Preferably, manufacturing accounts with 1 year of working experience in accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and Ledger.
3. Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

1. Review and approve batch records before submission to the Document Control Center
2. Maintain and revise departmental quality documents and SOPs.
3. Conduct self-inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
4. Track and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions arising from audit findings and non-conformities.
5. Support and accompany external auditors during regulatory, customer, and certification audits.
6. Prepare CAPA reports and monitor implementation progress.
7. Coordinate and manage employee training programs and training records.
8. Perform routine audits and spot checks of workshop records and batch documentation.
9. Manage engineering change control processes from initiation through closure.
10. Continuously improve departmental quality systems and oversee compliance with quality procedures and requirements.
11. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related discipline.
2. Familiarity with related ISO standard and/or GMP requirements
3. Experience in document review, document control, or quality management systems (QMS) will be an added advantage
4. Prior experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
5. Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
6. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to uphold quality and compliance standards.
7. Knowledge of CAPA and NCR processes.
8. Experience participating in external & internal audits.
9. Workshop management or on-site operational experience is an advantage.

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Process Engineer in the manufacturing industry, preferably in Extrusion, Injection Molding Processes, Automation Equipment, Commissioning of new equipment, etc.
3. Strong understanding of process engineering principles, including process design, optimisation, and control
4. Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and root cause analysis techniques
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to work independently and lead projects from concept to implementation.
