Clinical Manager

Job Responsibilities

  1. Product Knowledge & Competitor Analysis
  • Fully understand the specifications, parameters, advantages, and selling points of company products including dialyzers, bloodlines, fistula needles and dialysis machines.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of competitor products and provide clear comparative technical analysis.
  • Deliver professional product presentations to clinicians and technical staff.
  1. Clinical Training & Technical Support
  • Be proficient in dialysis machine operation, workflow, alarm logic, and common troubleshooting.
  • Conduct independent training for dialysis center nurses and technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Provide on-site or remote support to resolve basic technical issues.
  1. Marketing & Academic Support
  • Deliver product and technical presentations during exhibitions, academic meetings, workshops and tender presentations.
  • Support sales in clinical promotion activities to expand product influence.
  • Participate in collecting clinical feedback for new product evaluations when applicable.
  1. Post-Sales Issue Collection & Improvement
  • Collect and report product performance issues from customers.
  • Coordinate with HQ after-sales team to follow up corrective actions.
  • Provide communication and reassurance to customers, maintaining high satisfaction.
  1. Customer Relationship Management & Market Insights
  • Conduct regular visits to dialysis centers to understand clinical needs and workflow pain points.
  • Provide market and clinical insights to sales and product teams for product optimization.
  • Support key accounts through ongoing clinical and technical guidance.
  1. Internal Collaboration & Training
  • Assist the sales team in preparing technical documents for tenders.
  • Prepare and update training materials, manuals, FAQs, and clinical usage reports.
  • Submit regular reports including training logs and clinical feedback.
  • Provide regular clinical knowledge training to the sales team and engineering team, including product principles, competitive analysis, and dialysis workflow topics to improve team professionalism.
  1. Other Duties
  • Complete other clinical, technical, or market-related tasks assigned by the company.
  • Provide rapid response and cross-regional support when needed.

Job Requirement

  1. Have rich experience (At least 2-3 years) in dialysis field
  2. Bachelor of technology or engineering
  3. Proficiency in English; excellent communication, hard working, independent and self-motivated.
