Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities

Process design and optimization: Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Data analysis and KPIs: Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies, implement process improvements, and track performance against KPIs.

New materials and trials: Participate in pilot production, testing, and review of new formulations and materials; follow up on trial outcomes and recommendations.

Cross-functional problem solving: Collaborate with QA, R&D, Maintenance, and Production to reduce defect rates, lower customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and implement durable solutions.

Equipment troubleshooting and uptime: Diagnose and resolve production equipment issues; implement improvements and preventive actions to reduce downtime and improve OEE.

Verification and validation: Assist in the verification and validation of new equipment and processes (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ).

Documentation and standards: Prepare, maintain, and implement technical and process-related documents (SOPs, work instructions, control plans).

Training and knowledge transfer: Provide technical guidance and training to operators and relevant departments.

Regulatory support: Assist in product registration activities and related documentation with regulatory teams.
Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering—Mechanical, Mechatronic, Polymer, Materials Science/Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing as a Process Engineer (extrusion, injection molding, automation equipment, and/or commissioning preferred).

Process expertise: Solid understanding of process design, optimisation, and control; familiarity with regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Problem solving and analytics: Proficient with data analysis and root-cause tools (e.g., 5 Whys, fishbone, DMAIC, Pareto; exposure to DOE/SPC/PFMEA beneficial).
