Our Facility

Vital Healthcare is committed to research, manufacture and marketing of hemodialyzer, tubing sets for hemodialysis, disposable A. V. fistula needle sets, tube consumables, etc. The first stage plant of Vital Healthcare Sdn.Bhd covers an area of 6,500 m², in which 5,000 m² is for manufacture (2,500 m² for 100,000 class clean room). The second stage of plant covers an area of 8094 m². For now the plant is furnished with 10 unit injection machines, 22 unit more machines will be added very soon。 With advanced level technology from experienced specialist in medical industry, Vital Healthcare is furnished with automatic manufacturing equipment including high efficient production line in extruding, assembling, sterilization, dialyzer filling and sealing, etc.
